In 1987 Bob founded Isola & Associates with the vision of building a full-service, commercial real estate brokerage firm. Over the past twenty years he has far surpassed that goal. Serving as President of the company Bob is not only responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities around the office but also growing and maintaining relationships with both lenders and borrowers.

As a partner at Isola & Associates, Ed is heavily involved with the planning and vision of the company’s future. Since joining the company in 1993 Ed has grown a strong reputation in the industry through hard work and providing first-class service to his clients. His time spent from 1990-1993 as a Relationship Manager for Sun Bank’s Commercial Lending Group helped catapult Ed into the industry and the local community.

Jeff is a part of the loan origination and production team at Isola & Associates, Inc. Jeff’s primary responsibility includes coordinating closings as the liaison between borrowers and lenders. He assists both borrowers and lenders in analyzing and assembling the required closing data while helping borrowers and lenders build a productive and long-standing working relationship. He also assists in the submission of loan application packages and monitors regulatory compliance matters for the firm. Prior to working in the mortgage brokerage industry, he was a public relations executive specializing in insurance, agriculture and travel, and a business and sports writer. Jeff joined the Isola & Associates team in November of 1990.

Richard is a part of the loan origination and production team at Isola & Associates, Inc. Over the last several years, Richard has both originated and assisted with numerous commercial mortgage transactions involving retail, industrial, multi-family, and office properties. Prior to working in the production department, Richard held the positions of financial analyst and insurance specialist in our servicing department. Richard joined the Isola & Associates team in May of 2002.

Miranda is part of the production team and works as a Commercial Loan Analyst. She joined Isola and Associates in 2006.

Carol is manager of the loan servicing team at Isola & Associates. Carol’s primary responsibility is to promote quality customer service with both our lenders and borrowers. She assists the rest of the team by monitoring insurance certificates and UCC continuations, as well as maintaining the general operations of the department. Prior to working in the loan servicing industry, she was office manager, bookkeeper and assistant to various elementary and high school principals for the Diocese of Orlando. Carol joined the Isola & Associates team in February of 1996.

Kimberly Hutchison works as a loan servicing associate in the servicing department of Isola & Associates. Her responsibilities in the department include cash management, remittance to lenders, new loan set-ups, and tracking real estate tax payments. Her primary responsibility is coordinating and conducting annual site inspections. Kimberly has been a member of the Isola & Associates team since March 2003.

Jessica Edman works as a loan servicing associate in the servicing department of Isola & Associates, Inc. Her primary responsibilities in the department include receipt and processing of monthly loan payments, assisting with annual site inspections, and assisting with real estate taxes, insurance renewals, and annual financial statements.
