Bob Isola founded Robert E. Isola Commercial Real Estate Financing in 1987. His goal was to originate permanent financing through life insurance companies who could offer competitive long-term fixed interest rates. He focused on arranging permanent financing for financially sound and marketable commercial properties, as well as construction financing for permanent takeouts through local banks. Over the years, the company has developed an extensive list of clients throughout the US including relationships with real estate developers, individual investors and real estate brokers.
Today, Isola & Associates services a mortgage portfolio in excess of $500 million. The company has established relationships with 18 different life insurance companies and several other institutional lenders; giving Isola & Associates the ability to negotiate financing structures catered specifically to our client's needs.
